Tony’s daughter, Tara, asked that we let all of Tony’s NMLRA family know that Shirley and Tony’s kids would greatly appreciate the attendance of his NMLRA family at his visitation or funeral.

Tony G. Diem, 65, of Bennington passed away at 8:25 am, Wednesday, March 17, 2021, at his home. He was born in Batesville on April 14, 1955 the son of Henry and Alta Robinson Diem. He was married to Shirley Seigle o March 5, 2010, and she survives. Other survivors include on son Alex (Lucii) Diem of Lawrenceburg; two daughters Tara Diem (Brandon Reynolds) and Erin Diem both of Versailles; step-daughter Tiffiany Dodson of Manchester, Tennessee; 12 grandchildren; one brother David (Vicki) Diem of Benham. He was preceded in death by his parents. Mr. Diem was a 1973 graduate of South Ripley High School and was a 35-year employee of Delta Faucet in Greensburg. He enjoyed coon hunting, riding and showing horses, his time at the NMLRA in Friendship, and the companionship of his dog Sheeba. Tony was a member of the Cross Plains Church of Christ and the NMLRA. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 20th at 10:30am at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles with Randy Thieman officiating. Visitation will be on Friday from 5pm to 8pm. Memorials may be given to the Silhouette Range of the NMLRA in care of the funeral home.
